Open Space Technology is the process of choice when confronted with new and complex issues requiring systemic solutions.

You don't have to have all the answers -- just the questions that inspire people to work toward a shared vision.

We'll work with you in preparation for the Open Space event -- helping you choose just the right focus -- helping you kindle the fires of imagination through the invitation. We'll bring all our care, experience and know-how to bear on the facilitation of an Open Space event geared for your specific needs.

This Is How It Works

Tell us your needs and we'll help you decide if Open Space is right for your situation. If we both agree to move forward, then we'll work with you to:

Choose the right focus for the Open Space event -- the reason people will be invited to come together to combine their inherent strengths.
Determine the length of the Open Space event -- one-day, two-days, or two-and-a-half days.
Determine whether to use the Laptop Information Collection process. (Usually this is chosen so that the proceedings can be more easily referred to as well as shared with those not able to attend.
Prepare key people in the organization for the process -- what will happen during and as a result of the Open Space event.
Compose and issue the invitations.
Select and prepare the meeting facility.
Facilitate the process.
Help you debrief and integrate the results.
