The Tea Game Organization-Wide Simulation ”The Tea GameTM” is our unique organization-wide Systems simulation. Building well beyond basic concepts introduced by the Beer Game, The Tea Game takes participants to new plateaus of understanding and application. This dynamic, two-day on-site workshop makes visible the organizational system structure that lies beneath the surface of what most people view as chaos. Once people understand the structure of their own organizational systems and processes, they are able to creatively participate in the design and building of more effective organizations.
