It is in the best interests of an organization to become independent with respect to delivery of high quality learning experiences. We can help you select and train your facilitators -- certifying them in the delivery of our integrated programs. The certification/licensing option gives you the finest experiential Organizational Learning programs available, freeing you from the time and effort required to design, integrate, test, and evaluate the products. We provide you with the benefit of our international experience and development efforts. This permits CCA to focus on research and development of the next generation of learning programs. While the details and costs vary somewhat from organization-to-organization, the general process is as follows: CCA works with you to select and prepare your facilitation team. CCA delivers the specific services to your organization allowing your facilitators to be immersed in the experience. With specific preparation, your facilitators co-facilitate (with CCA) the services in your organization. The services are fine-tuned to be most relevant to your organizational needs. Your facilitators teach the services in your organization with CCA conducting evaluation and tuning. You deliver the programs with CCA available for consultation.
