Workshop Overview ”Bringing Leadership To Life” is a transforming three-day on-site leadership development workshop focussing on the inner path of leadership. Participants will learn how to be in service to the growth, health, and performance of their organization in two fundamentally important ways. First by becoming designers of healthy organizational systems -- closing the learning loops and tuning the system in motion. Second, by walking an important, yet often overlooked, path to high performance -- the path that leads to the center of their own personal mastery and development. |
